How to Make Blueberry Oatmeal Recipe?

Substantial evidence suggested that perostilbene, a powerful antioxidant, intake may cut body fat and reduce obesity. 

There are not many foods containing perostilbene. Blueberries is the highest food source of pterostibene.

After picking your own blueberries, try this yummy blueberry oatmeal recipe to control your weight right from the start of your day. 

Ingredients You'll Need


½ cup blueberries (frozen or fresh)

⅓ cup rolled oats

2 tsp chia seeds

2 tsp cocoa powder

¼ tsp cinnamon

½ cup milk

⅓ cup plain Greek yogurt

1 tbsp blueberry jams

½ tsp cornstarch

1 tbsp chopped walnuts (or mixed nuts)

Prep 5 mins   Ready in 5 mins


1. Combine oats, chia seeds, cocoa powder, and cinnamon. Then stir in milk and yogurt. Put in the fridge overnight.

2. In the morning, combine blueberries and cornstarch. Heat the microwave on high for 2 minutes, stirring halfway through.

3. Top oats with blueberry jams and walnuts.
