Summer Activities 2021/22

TIMES Five time-slots daily from 9.00am.

DURATION 1.5 hours

Why book a time-slot for your visit?

Due to Covid 19 uncertainty, we cannot predict the Covid Alert level during our blueberry and lavender season, which will be between 15 Dec 2021 to 30 Jan 2022. In order to accommodate this uncertainty, we introduce our Summer Activities Booking system.

Booking a time-slot to enter our fields will allow us to limit and control the number of customers allowed in the field at any given time, which plays a crucial role in ensuring that we are following government Covid-19 alert level guideline.

Why is there price differences between the dates during the season?

Ticket prices reflect the field condition. Please look at the photos provided in each time block to make sure you understand the field condition you booked.

What is the maximum number of people allowed in each time-slot?

At the initial stage, we will open each time-slot with a maximum 50 people. The reason for this number is because of the chance of being in a more restricted alert level situation, where there is a limit of 50 people. Mark 4 December on your calendar now to make sure you get your desired spots.

Can we walk-in without booking a time-slot?

Booking is essential. Please make sure everyone is booked before you come. No booking, no entry especially during Covid-19 alert levels. We encourage you to book a time-slot as soon as we open our booking system to secure your spot which is 4 December.

What happens if I make a booking and can no longer travel due to Covid-19 restrictions?

If you have made a booking to visit our farm and your travel plans are affected by New Zealand or Australian Government enforced travel restrictions, Alert Level changes or our farm is unable to fulfil our services due to New Zealand Government Alert Level changes, we can provide a refund for your booking.  Please read our Refund Policy.

Do I need to book if I just want to visit the farm shop?

No, you don't need to book. Just come and follow Covid-19 alert level guideline.
