Choose three to six items around one theme, then add a small keepsake. Our self-care boxes use products made with lavender grown and steam-distilled on our Waikato farm.

A gift basket holds the same kind of products in a woven basket, and a gift hamper usually means a larger, fuller box or basket, often with food. In New Zealand the words are often used the same way. We send all our gifts in gift boxes, because they travel well by courier.

Yes. Choose a small, medium or large box, add the lavender products you want from our Build Your Own range, and add a greeting card if you like. A small box holds about two 100ml products plus two small items, a medium box about three 100ml products plus two or three small items, and only the large box fits products of 200ml or more.

Yes. Every gift box arrives wrapped in purple tissue paper inside a gift box, finished with our wrap and ribbon, ready to send straight to the recipient: just enter their address as the shipping address. To include a personal message, add a greeting card and write your message in the Gift message or special instructions box in your cart, and we'll handwrite it on the card. Receipts are emailed to you, so no price or invoice goes in the parcel.

We send every order by tracked courier, with no signature needed. We aim to deliver within 3–5 working days in the North Island and 5–7 working days in the South Island and rural areas, and orders placed on a weekend or public holiday are sent the next business day. Most of the lavender in our gift boxes is grown on our own farm in Newstead, Waikato. Our body care and home fragrance products use Lavandula × intermedia 'Super' that we steam-distil on-site, and our teas and jam use Lavandula angustifolia 'Pacific Blue'. A few items, such as our goat milk soaps, use an English lavender fragrance instead, and each product page says which.
