Once you complete your order online, we will email the gift card with redeem code to you or the gift recipient. Our gift cards have no additional processing fees. Please make sure the email address is correct when you enter your details because the gift code will be sent to the email address. 

The gift card can be used until the full amount is used.

Terms and Conditions

All vouchers are issued in New Zealand dollars and are not redeemable for cash. No change will be refunded if the purchase price does not meet the voucher value. 

All vouchers are valid for 36 months from date of issue. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be used to purchase additional gift vouchers. Regrettably, we cannot replace gift vouchers that are lost or stolen after being received.

Your gift recipient could either redeem from our online shop or farm shop. Please note your gift recipient can only redeem one gift card code at a time online if you have ordered multiple gift cards for the same person.

Please also note that our farm shop is open from November to February. Your recipient can always contact us to arrange pick-up time during the off season.
