Delivery costs (New Zealand only)
- Lavender items and gift sets: $8.50 for orders under $85, and free on orders of $85 and over
- Dried flowers and foliage: $12.80
- Bouquets and wreaths: $16.50

Flowers, foliage, bouquets and wreaths are packed and sent separately because they're delicate, so they have their own delivery fee. If your order mixes categories, free shipping still applies to your lavender items and gift sets over $85. Bulk orders may cost extra to send.

We deliver within New Zealand only, and we can't deliver to PO Boxes.

How we send your parcel
We send every order by tracked courier (PassTheParcel or Aramex), with no signature needed. If no one's home, the courier will leave your parcel at the door or in a safe place nearby. Please check your address carefully at checkout, because a wrong address makes a missing parcel very hard to trace.

Delivery times
- North Island: 3–5 working days
- South Island and rural addresses: 5–7 working days

Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday are sent the next working day. We'll email your tracking number as soon as your parcel is packed.

Sending a gift
Enter your own details as the billing address and the recipient's details as the shipping address. Receipts are emailed to you, so no price or invoice goes in the parcel.
