Second Stage: Mid to Late December
- Lavender begins to bloom gradually, with more vibrant rows appearing as the season progresses.
- Blueberry and lavender fields are available for pick-your-own.
- Late December is typically the peak season for blueberry picking.
- Availability may vary depending on field condition and weather.
Third Stage: Late December to Mid January
- Lavender field is in full bloom, though the colour begins to fade toward the end of this peak period.
- Lavender is available for PYO.
- Blueberry PYO may be limited, depending on fruit availability.
Last Stage: Mid to End January
- Lavender is in its final flowering stage, and the field colour is noticeably darker.
- Lavender is available for PYO, though only around 10% of purple petals remain.
- Despite fewer blooms, the lavender picked is rich in essential oils with a stronger scent.
