How does the custom gift box service work?

Choose a budget, then tell us about the recipient and the occasion in the Gift message or special instructions box in your cart, for example a birthday gift for a friend who loves lavender skincare. We choose the products, pack the gift by hand at our farm in Newstead, Waikato, and send it ready to give.

What goes in a custom gift box?

A selection of our own lavender products, chosen to match what you tell us: skincare, bath and body, sleep, home fragrance or tea. Most are made at the farm with lavender we grow and steam-distil ourselves.

Can I choose the products myself?

You can't pick each item in this service, but the more you tell us about the recipient, the closer we can get. If you'd rather choose every item yourself, see our Build Your Own Gift Box option.

Is a greeting card included?

A card isn't included in the budget. If you'd like one, add one of our greeting cards to your cart and write your message in the Gift message or special instructions box, and we'll handwrite it on the card.

Can I send gifts to several people in one order?

Each order is one gift for one recipient. To send gifts to several people, place a separate order for each person.

How long does delivery take within New Zealand?

We send every order by tracked courier, with no signature needed. We aim to deliver within 3–5 working days in the North Island and 5–7 working days in the South Island and rural areas, and orders placed on a weekend or public holiday are sent the next business day.

Can I order this from overseas for someone in New Zealand?

Yes. You can order a custom gift box from anywhere in the world and we'll deliver it to any address in New Zealand — just enter the recipient's NZ address at checkout. We only deliver within New Zealand, so it can't be sent to an address overseas.
