How does this direct-to-recipient gift service work?

Choose a budget, then tell us about the recipient and the occasion in the Gift message or special instructions box in your cart, for example a thank-you for a hardworking employee or a client's work anniversary. We choose the products, pack the gift by hand at our farm in Newstead, Waikato, and send it straight to the recipient.

What goes in the gift?

A selection of our own lavender products, chosen to match what you tell us: skincare, bath and body, sleep, home fragrance or tea. Most are made at the farm with lavender we grow and steam-distil ourselves.

Can I send gifts to several staff or clients?

Yes. Each order is one gift for one recipient, sent to their own address, so place a separate order for each person. If you'd like all the gifts sent to one address, such as your office, use our Corporate Gift Enquiry instead.

Is a greeting card included?

A card isn't included in the budget. If you'd like one, add one of our greeting cards to your cart and write your message in the Gift message or special instructions box, and we'll handwrite it on the card.

How long does delivery take within New Zealand?

We send every order by tracked courier, with no signature needed. We aim to deliver within 3–5 working days in the North Island and 5–7 working days in the South Island and rural areas, and orders placed on a weekend or public holiday are sent the next business day.

Can I order this from overseas for someone in New Zealand?

Yes. You can order this gift from anywhere in the world and we'll deliver it to any address in New Zealand — just enter the recipient's NZ address at checkout. We only deliver within New Zealand, so it can't be sent to an address overseas.
