How does the Medium Gift Box (Empty Box) - Build Your Own work?
Add the box to your cart, then choose the lavender products to go inside it. Pick them from our shop, and add a greeting card if you'd like one. We pack everything into the box by hand at our farm in Newstead, Waikato, and send it ready to give. Our Build Your Own Gift Box guide walks through each step.
What makes the Medium Gift Box (Empty Box) - Build Your Own different from other lavender gift boxes?
This box is filled by hand at our family lavender farm in Newstead, Waikato, with the products you select. It includes a mini bundle of dried lavender grown and bunched on our farm, with room for around three 100ml products plus a few small extras.
What comes with the build-your-own medium gift box?
The box comes with shredded paper filling and a mini bundle of dried lavender from our farm, in a black gift box finished with a purple or silver ribbon (you choose the ribbon). The lavender products you choose are separate items in your cart.
What size is the medium gift box, and what fits inside?
It comes in two sizes: 160 x 160 x 70mm and 180 x 180 x 70mm, and we pick the one that best fits the items you add. It holds roughly three 100ml products plus two or three small items, such as sleep balms and sachets. It can't hold any product of 200ml or more, so for those choose the Large box. For a smaller gift, the Small box is a neater fit, and for more items, choose the Large box.
Can I include a gift message and send it straight to the recipient?
Yes. Add one of our greeting cards to your order and write your message in the Gift message or special instructions box in your cart — we'll handwrite it on the card. To send it straight to the recipient, enter their address as the shipping address. Receipts are emailed to you, so no price or invoice goes in the parcel.
How long does delivery take within New Zealand?
We send every order by tracked courier, with no signature needed. We aim to deliver within 3–5 working days in the North Island and 5–7 working days in the South Island and rural areas, and orders placed on a weekend or public holiday are sent the next business day.
Can I order this from overseas for someone in New Zealand?
Yes. You can order the Medium Gift Box (Empty Box) - Build Your Own from anywhere in the world and we'll deliver it to any address in New Zealand — just enter the recipient's NZ address at checkout. We only deliver within New Zealand, so it can't be sent to an address overseas.
