The Lavandula × intermedia essential oil from our Waikato farm is rich in naturally occurring linalool, widely studied for its ability to reduce cortisol and calm the nervous system. Misting your hotel pillow or travel pillow with a familiar lavender scent before sleep helps recreate the sensory signal your body associates with rest — making it easier to fall asleep in an unfamiliar bed.
Is the 30ml size allowed in carry-on luggage?
Yes — 30ml is within the 100ml liquid limit for carry-on bags under international aviation security rules. It fits in your standard 1-litre clear liquid bag alongside other toiletries. The bottle is a standard pump spray — no aerosol, no pressurised can. Safe to take on flights to and from New Zealand, Australia, and internationally.

Made in New Zealand using lavender essential oil grown and steam-distilled on our family farm in Newstead, Waikato. We've been growing Lavandula × intermedia 'Super' on our Waikato property since 2014. Every bottle is small-batch made — not factory-manufactured.
