Home Fragrance FAQs

Are your home fragrance products scented with essential oils?

Yes. Our candles, wax melts, room and linen sprays, reed diffuser and car diffuser are scented with plant essential oils, led by the lavender essential oil we grow and steam-distil on our family farm in Newstead, Waikato, never with fragrance oil. Our Sweet Amber linen spray adds natural benzoin resin, and our sachets are filled with dried lavender buds from the farm.

What's the difference between a room spray and a linen spray?

Our Mint & Lavender Room Spray comes in a 220ml bottle and is made for freshening the air in a room. Our linen sprays come in 300ml bottles in four scents and can be misted over sheets, pillows, towels and curtains as well as around the room.

What kind of candles do you make?

We hand-pour our candles in small batches on the farm: 100ml coconut wax candles with up to 25 hours of burn time, and 60ml coco-soy votive candles with up to 12 hours. Every candle has a natural cotton wick and is scented with essential oils.

How do I use an aroma stone?

Add a few drops of lavender essential oil to the plaster stone and stand it on a desk, shelf or bedside table, where it holds the scent close by. Top it up with a few more drops every few days, or whenever the scent fades. Each stone is sent with a few drops of our lavender oil.

How long does a car diffuser stick last?

Each stick lasts about 2 to 4 weeks. Refill sticks come singly or in 5-packs, and you add a few drops of our lavender essential oil to keep the scent going.

How long does delivery take, and can I order from overseas?

We send every order by tracked courier within New Zealand: usually 3–5 working days in the North Island and 5–7 in the South Island and rural areas. You can order from anywhere in the world for delivery to a New Zealand address, but we only deliver within New Zealand.
