Why This Valentine's Day Gift for Her Is Special
Frequently Asked Questions
What's a Valentine's gift for someone who loves yoga — is the Valentine's Day Yoga Serenity Gift Set a good choice?
Yes, it's a thoughtful Valentine's gift for a yoga lover. It's made for slow evenings: a lavender coconut wax candle, a lavender massage oil for after practice, a lavender reed diffuser for the room and a dried lavender bouquet. It's a welcome change from the usual chocolates.
What makes the Valentine's Day Yoga Serenity Gift Set different from other lavender gift sets?
Every scented piece in this Valentine's set uses lavender oil we steam-distil on our family farm in Newstead, Waikato. The coconut wax candle never uses fragrance oil, the reed diffuser scents the room with no heat or power, and the dried bouquet is grown, dried and bunched by hand on the same farm.
What occasions suit this lavender yoga gift set?
Besides Valentine's Day, it suits anniversaries, birthdays, yoga and pilates lovers, and anyone who enjoys a quiet corner at home.
Does this gift set arrive ready to give?
Yes — it arrives gift-boxed, ready to send straight to the recipient: just enter their address as the shipping address. To include a personal message, add one of our greeting cards to your order and write your message in the Gift message or special instructions box in your cart — we'll handwrite it on the card. Receipts are emailed to you, so no price or invoice goes in the parcel.
How do I use this lavender yoga gift set?
Set the reed diffuser in the room where you practise and flip the reeds every few days. Light the candle during a stretch or meditation, then warm a little massage oil between your palms and work it into the shoulders, neck or feet. Keep the diffuser away from children and pets. Never leave a burning candle unattended.
Does this lavender yoga gift set contain nuts, coconut, beeswax or milk?
The Lavender Massage Oil contains sweet almond oil, and the candle is made with coconut wax. None of the items contain beeswax or milk. Full ingredient lists are on each product's own page.
Where does the lavender in this gift set come from?
The candle, massage oil and reed diffuser are made with Super Lavandin (Lavandula × intermedia 'Super') essential oil grown and steam-distilled on our family farm in Newstead, Waikato, and the bouquet is harvested from the same fields.
How long does delivery take within New Zealand for this gift set?
We send every order by tracked courier, with no signature needed. We aim to deliver within 3–5 working days in the North Island and 5–7 working days in the South Island and rural areas, and orders placed on a weekend or public holiday are sent the next business day.
Can I order this lavender yoga gift set from overseas for someone in New Zealand?
Yes. You can order the Valentine's Day Yoga Serenity Gift Set from anywhere in the world and we'll deliver it to any address in New Zealand — just enter the recipient's NZ address at checkout. We only deliver within New Zealand, so it can't be sent to an address overseas.

| Features | Our Gift Sets | Many Other Gift Sets |
|---|---|---|
| Lavender Source | Grown and steam-distilled on our family farm in Newstead, Waikato, since 2014. | Lavender oil is often bought in from overseas, and its origin isn't always stated. |
| Own Brand | Most items are our own Lavender Backyard Garden® products, made in small batches at the farm with our own lavender essential oil. Keepsakes like bookmarks, pins and magnets are designed at the farm. | Many gift box shops buy in products from other brands and pack them into a box. |

| Dried Lavender | Grown spray-free and harvested on our farm for sachets and dried flowers. | May be imported and sometimes treated with sprays or preservatives. |
| Scent | Scented with our own lavender essential oil. Our goat milk, scrub and shaving soaps use an English lavender fragrance. | May use synthetic fragrance oils instead of essential oil. |
