What is the lavender reed diffuser made from?
It's a diffuser base oil with Super Lavandin (Lavandula × intermedia 'Super') lavender essential oil, plus reeds to carry the scent. Choose the diamond jar set or the amber bottle refill (100ml), and place it in a hallway, bathroom or bedroom.
Does a reed diffuser need a flame or power?
No, it needs no flame, plug or batteries. The reeds draw up the lavender oil and release a soft, steady scent into the room on their own. Flip the reeds whenever you'd like the scent a little stronger.
How do I use the reed diffuser?
Unpack the reeds and bottle, then place the reeds in the oil. Set it in a well-ventilated spot away from direct sunlight and heat, and flip the reeds for a stronger scent. Replace the reeds every few weeks, or once they're fully saturated.

Where does the lavender in this reed diffuser come from?
It comes from our own family farm in Newstead, Waikato, New Zealand. We grow Super Lavandin (Lavandula × intermedia 'Super'), harvest it in summer and steam-distil the oil ourselves, then blend it into every reed diffuser.
How long does delivery take, and can I order from overseas?
We send every order by tracked courier within New Zealand: usually 3–5 working days in the North Island and 5–7 in the South Island and rural areas. You can order from anywhere in the world for delivery to a New Zealand address, but we only deliver within New Zealand.
