It's a small 22g jar of dried eucalyptus leaves, lavender buds and herbs, with menthol and a blend of essential oils. The lavender buds are Super Lavandin (Lavandula × intermedia 'Super'), and the lidded jar fits easily on a desk, in a gym bag or in the car.

Twist or pop open the lid, hold the jar close to your nose and breathe in. Close the lid firmly afterwards to keep the scent in. Store it somewhere cool and dry, such as your desk, gym bag or car.

It comes from our own family farm in Newstead, Waikato, New Zealand. We grow Super Lavandin (Lavandula × intermedia 'Super') spray-free, then hand-harvest the stems, dry them and hand-rub the buds on the farm before they go into the jar.
