What is the Lavender Sleep Balm made from?
It's a firm balm of olive, castor and coconut oils with beeswax and vitamin E, scented with Super Lavandin (Lavandula × intermedia 'Super') lavender essential oil. It comes in a 20ml tin or a 10ml travel tin.
Is the lavender sleep balm easy to travel with?
Yes, it's a firm balm in a small tin, so it won't spill like a spray or oil. The 10ml travel tin slips into a handbag or toilet bag, and the 20ml tin can stay on your bedside table.
How do I use the sleep balm?
Rub a little onto your wrists, neck or other pulse points as you turn out the light, and massage it in. You can also dab a little under your nose at bedtime. Use it nightly, and store the tin somewhere cool and dry, away from sunlight.
Does the sleep balm contain nuts, coconut, beeswax or milk?
It contains coconut (coconut oil) and beeswax. It doesn't contain nuts or milk. The rest of the balm is olive and castor oils, our lavender essential oil and vitamin E. The full ingredient list is on this page.

Where does the lavender in this sleep balm come from?
It comes from our own family farm in Newstead, Waikato, New Zealand. We grow Super Lavandin (Lavandula × intermedia 'Super'), harvest it in summer and steam-distil the oil ourselves, then make every tin of balm with it.
How long does delivery take, and can I order from overseas?
We send every order by tracked courier within New Zealand: usually 3–5 working days in the North Island and 5–7 in the South Island and rural areas. You can order from anywhere in the world for delivery to a New Zealand address, but we only deliver within New Zealand.
