The sleep balm is made with Super Lavandin (Lavandula × intermedia 'Super') essential oil that we grow and steam-distil ourselves, and the tea is blended with English lavender (Lavandula angustifolia 'Pacific Blue'), the culinary variety we grow alongside it.
