Updates: Tuesday 19th May

We are up to same day packing at the moment. But courier are in a different situation.

We keep monitoring the tracking information from our courier website. We are glad some of our orders have been delivered successfully. Hope you all like and enjoy your order. However, we noticed that some orders took a very long time to arrive to local depots and took even longer for those rural area due to the hand over process between different couriers. Thank you for your patience.

We had a chance to talk to our NZ Post local rural contractor. They feel frustrated and exhausted due to hundreds of parcels still waiting for pick up and also can’t be picked up accordance with sending date. Thank you our courier.❤️

At this stage, we can’t really get a hold with both Aramex and NZ post. However, we will keep tracking on it.

Covid-19 Courier parcel delays

Thank you for ordering from Lavender Backyard Garden. :)

We are trying our best to send every parcel within two business days after we have received your order. Once we dispatch your parcel you will receive a tracking number with tracking link. Please check your Junk mail if you don't receive one. 

However, there is a large surge of parcels entering courier network at the moment. Please expect delays up to 5 days or even longer for your parcels to arrive. Unfortunately, we can't do anything about the parcel delays. The only thing we can do is ask for your patience and understanding.

Level 3 trading: Important updates regarding orders and delivery

Thank you for your orders during level 4. This is a very tough time for all of us, thank you for supporting your local business. It really means a lot to us! Thank you.

All orders at Level 4, from 24 March to 27 April, will be sent on 28 April, which is the first day of Level 3.  We expect increased demand on all courier services at the early stage of Level 3 so we ask that you remain patient and kind at this time.

We all need to stand together in combating COVID-19.

Lavender Backyard Garden Online Shop are committed to providing our customers with a high level of service. Currently, we believe, we will be forced to close for a minimum of 4 weeks when the COVID-19 alert level is raised to 4 on Wednesday March 25th. 

We welcome any online pre-orders. However, orders received after 24th March will be put on hold until we are able to operate our business.
