What is the smudge stick made from?
It's a hand-tied bundle of six dried plants: white sage, lavender, rose petals, rosemary, eucalyptus leaves and Japanese cedar, with nothing added. Use it over a fireproof dish in a well-ventilated room, or give it as a housewarming gift.
What does a lavender and sage smudge stick smell like?
Unlit, it smells of dried sage, lavender and soft rose. Once lit, it gives a warm, herbal smoke with earthy sage and cedar, soft lavender and rose, and a fresh lift of rosemary and eucalyptus.
How do I burn the smudge stick?
Carefully light the tip until it starts to smoulder, then wave it gently to move the smoke around the room, holding a fireproof dish underneath. To put it out, press the tip into the dish or into sand. Use it in a well-ventilated room and never leave it unattended.

Where does the lavender in this smudge stick come from?
It comes from our own family farm in Newstead, Waikato, New Zealand. We grow the lavender alongside the other five plants in the bundle, air-dry every plant in season and tie each bundle by hand.
How long does delivery take, and can I order from overseas?
We send every order by tracked courier within New Zealand: usually 3–5 working days in the North Island and 5–7 in the South Island and rural areas. You can order from anywhere in the world for delivery to a New Zealand address, but we only deliver within New Zealand.
