While you can’t select individual items, you can guide us with the type of lavender experience you’re aiming for (e.g., skincare, relaxation, wellness). We will ensure that the gift set aligns with your vision based on the details you provide.

4. Is the card included in the price?
No, the card is an additional $3.80 to your budget. If you’d like to include a personalized message, simply add the card to your cart before checkout.

5. How do I add special instructions?
At checkout, you’ll have the option to include special instructions. This is where you can share any specific preferences or requests for us to follow when creating the gift set.

6. When will my gift be shipped, and will I be charged for shipping?
Shipping is calculated at checkout, and delivery time depends on your location. We strive to process and ship all orders promptly to ensure your gift arrives on time for the occasion. All custom gift sets in our budget service exceed $100 and qualify for free domestic shipping, except for large quantity or bulk orders. If your order doesn’t qualify for free shipping, we will notify you of any additional shipping costs before finalizing your order.

7. Can I change the budget after placing an order?
Once your order is placed, the budget cannot be changed. Please ensure you select the correct budget before completing your purchase.

8. Is there a minimum or maximum budget for the gift?
No, we offer a wide range of budgets starting at $100 NZD. You can select from multiple options based on your desired spending.

Currently, each order is designed for one recipient per gift set. If you'd like to send gifts to multiple people, please place separate orders for each recipient.

Lavender Items & Gift Sets

For orders below $85, there is a postage fee of $8.50. All website orders (excluding flowers, foliage, and wreaths) over $85 qualify for free domestic shipping, with exceptions for bulk shipments and wreath products.

Flowers & Foliage Items

For flower and foliage items, there is a postage fee of $12.80. If your order includes Lavender Items & Gift Sets, we will send your items separately due to the delicate nature of flower and foliage items, with a different shipping charge applied.

Bouquet & Wreath Items

For wreath items, there is a postage fee of $16.50. If your order includes Lavender Items & Gift Sets, we will send your items separately due to the delicate nature of flower and foliage items, with a different shipping charge applied.

If your order includes products from different categories, you will still qualify for free shipping on orders over $85 under the Lavender Items & Gift Sets category. However, shipping costs will apply to your Flower & Foliage items or Bouquet & Wreath items, as they will be packed and sent in separate parcels.
