Terms & Conditions for Seasonal Pass

Please find below the terms and conditions for purchasing and using our seasonal pass:

1. The seasonal pass provides admission to our facility during the current season, which is weather dependent and subject to change without notice.

2. Our facility may close temporarily due to inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances. We do not offer refunds or compensation for any missed visits or closed days.

3. The seasonal pass is valid for admission only and does not include any paid activities, events, or merchandise. Additional fees may apply for any add-ons or upgrades.

4. The seasonal pass is non-transferable and non-refundable. It may only be used by the person named on the pass and cannot be resold or shared with others.

5. The seasonal pass must be presented at the time of admission, and valid identification may be required.

6. We reserve the right to revoke the seasonal pass without refund for any breach of our terms and conditions or facility rules, including but not limited to inappropriate behavior, damage to property, or violation of safety regulations.
