Lavender is harvested gradually during our summer season, when the blooms reach their peak. The fresh stems are then naturally air-dried — you can often see them hanging in our farm shop during harvest time!
Rosemary, eucalyptus, and white sage are evergreen herbs, which means we can harvest them fresh throughout the year. When you place an online order, we hand-pick these herbs fresh to order, ensuring maximum fragrance and quality in every bundle.
