What is the lavender foot balm made from?
It's a rich 15g balm stick of shea butter, coconut, olive and sweet almond oils, beeswax and vitamin E, scented with a blend of essential oils made with our own lavender oil, Super Lavandin (Lavandula × intermedia 'Super'). Beeswax keeps it firm in its stick.
Can I wear socks over the foot balm overnight?
Yes, rub it into your heels at bedtime and pull on cosy socks, then wake up to feet that feel soft and smooth. The rich shea butter base is made for dry, rough-feeling heels.
How do I use the lavender foot balm?
Massage a small amount onto clean, dry feet, concentrating on your heels and rough areas. Use it before bed, after a bath or after a long day on your feet. Keep it somewhere cool and out of direct sunlight.
Does the foot balm contain nuts, coconut, beeswax or milk?
It contains sweet almond oil (a tree nut), coconut oil and beeswax. It doesn't contain milk. It also contains shea butter and an essential oil blend. The full ingredient list is on this page.
Who is the foot balm suitable for, and is it a good gift?
It suits gardeners, walkers, runners and anyone on their feet all day. Keep one by the bed or in your gym bag, or give it as a handy stocking filler. Patch-test first if you have sensitive skin. If you're pregnant, check with your healthcare provider first.
Where does the lavender in this foot balm come from?
It comes from our own family farm in Newstead, Waikato, New Zealand. We grow Super Lavandin (Lavandula × intermedia 'Super') spray-free, then harvest it and steam-distil the oil ourselves for this foot balm.
How long does delivery take, and can I order from overseas?
We send every order by tracked courier within New Zealand: usually 3–5 working days in the North Island and 5–7 in the South Island and rural areas. You can order from anywhere in the world for delivery to a New Zealand address, but we only deliver within New Zealand.
