Why This Sweet Thank You Gift Box Is Special

  • Field to bottle – We grow the Super Lavandin, cut it in late summer and distil it on the farm in Newstead. That oil goes into the sleep balm.
  • Made for eating – We grow 'Pacific Blue', a culinary English lavender, just for the kitchen. It's the lavender in the jam.
  • Cut later, for scent – We hand-cut the lavender for the sachet later in summer, once the flowers are fully open and richest in scent, then let it air-dry.

Frequently Asked Questions

What's a little gift that's both sweet and relaxing — is the Heavenly Sweet Treat Small Gift Box a good choice?

Yes — it pairs a jar of our blueberry jam with a hint of lavender with a lavender sleep balm and a lavender sachet. It's a small, affordable box that's easy to send as a thank-you or a just-because.

What makes the Heavenly Sweet Treat Small Gift Boxes different from other lavender gift boxes?

The sleep balm and sachet in this little box both come from lavender grown spray-free on our Waikato farm. The balm is made with oil we steam-distil ourselves, and the sachet holds buds we harvest, dry and rub by hand, so a gentle squeeze brings the scent back. Every box is packed by hand at the farm in Newstead.

What occasions suit this small lavender treat gift box?

It suits teachers, colleagues, neighbours and hosts, as well as Secret Santa, stocking fillers and birthdays.

Does this gift box arrive ready to give?

Yes — it arrives gift-boxed, ready to send straight to the recipient: just enter their address as the shipping address. To include a personal message, add one of our greeting cards to your order and write your message in the Gift message or special instructions box in your cart — we'll handwrite it on the card. Receipts are emailed to you, so no price or invoice goes in the parcel.

How do I enjoy this small lavender treat gift box?

The blueberry jam is lovely on toast, scones or with cheese. Before bed, rub a little sleep balm onto the temples or pulse points, and keep the sachet in a drawer or pillowcase.

Does this small lavender treat gift box contain nuts, coconut, beeswax or milk?

The Lavender Sleep Balm contains beeswax and coconut oil. The jam is made with blueberries, sugar and a hint of culinary lavender. None of the items contain nuts or milk. Full ingredient lists are on each product's own page.

Where does the lavender in this gift box come from?

The sleep balm is made with Super Lavandin (Lavandula × intermedia 'Super') essential oil grown and steam-distilled on our family farm in Newstead, Waikato, and the sachet holds lavender from the same fields. The jam uses blueberries grown on our farm and a hint of our culinary English lavender.

How long does delivery take within New Zealand for this gift box?

We send every order by tracked courier, with no signature needed. We aim to deliver within 3–5 working days in the North Island and 5–7 working days in the South Island and rural areas, and orders placed on a weekend or public holiday are sent the next business day.

Can I order this small lavender treat gift box from overseas for someone in New Zealand?

Yes. You can order the Heavenly Sweet Treat Small Gift Boxes from anywhere in the world and we'll deliver it to any address in New Zealand — just enter the recipient's NZ address at checkout. We only deliver within New Zealand, so it can't be sent to an address overseas.
